Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to PricePatrol for teams using the service to monitor retailer pricing, MAP compliance, and competitor movements.

Last updated: 2026-07-20Commercial contract terms may override this public summary where applicable.

1. Contracting party

PricePatrol is a trading name of Stribos Ventures B.V., a company established in the Netherlands. In these Terms, "PricePatrol", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Stribos Ventures B.V.

If you sign an order form, proposal, or separate master services agreement with us, that document prevails if it conflicts with this public page.

2. What the service does

PricePatrol helps brands and ecommerce teams monitor public product pages, compare retailer pricing, track own versus competitor positions, and generate alerts, reports, and exports.

To deliver that service, we may use browser automation, proxy infrastructure, scheduling systems, alerting services, and payment providers.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the URLs, product identifiers, notes, team members, and other inputs you submit to the platform.

You must ensure your use of PricePatrol complies with applicable law, your internal policies, and any contractual obligations that apply to your business.

4. Availability and accuracy

Retailer pages can change without notice, present personalized offers, block automation, or show multiple price states. Because of that, PricePatrol may occasionally miss a page, capture incomplete metadata, or return an incorrect price observation.

The service is an operational monitoring tool, not a guaranteed system of record. You should verify high-impact pricing decisions independently.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PricePatrol to violate law, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt to access data belonging to another customer.

We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the service, other customers, or our infrastructure providers.

6. Billing and subscription

Paid plans renew according to the billing cadence in your checkout, Stripe subscription, or commercial order form unless canceled in accordance with those terms.

Trial access, plan limits, and upgrade paths are described in-product and may be supplemented by plan-specific commercial terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or downstream decisions based on monitored pricing data.

8. Privacy and processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If your team requires contractual data-processing terms, see our Data Processing Addendum.
