Stribos Ventures B.V. (trading as PricePatrol), a company established in the Netherlands, is the data controller for account, website, sales, and support information that we process in operating PricePatrol.

• Account data such as email address, organization identifiers, and login events.
• Workspace configuration such as monitored URLs, product identifiers, tags, notes, and alert settings.
• Operational telemetry such as job runs, errors, provider usage, scrape counts, billing events, and audit-like metadata needed to operate the product.
• Website interaction data such as cookies, analytics events, and contact-form or sales conversations where implemented.

We process data to provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, bill customers, support users, and improve reliability and product experience.

We do not use customer workspace data for advertising profiles.

Depending on your usage, PricePatrol may rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, browser automation, proxy routing, payment processing, and product analytics.

Examples in the current stack include Stripe for billing and payment processing. Additional providers may be used for authentication, email, and scraping infrastructure as described in contracts or security materials shared during onboarding.

We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Customers may request deletion subject to legal, billing, and security retention requirements.

Some providers may process data outside your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use contractual safeguards and vendor controls appropriate for those transfers.
