Data Processing Addendum

This public DPA summary describes the baseline processing terms for customers that use PricePatrol to monitor pricing and retailer activity.

1. Roles

PricePatrol is a trading name of Stribos Ventures B.V., a company established in the Netherlands. For customer workspace data, the customer acts as controller and Stribos Ventures B.V. (PricePatrol) acts as processor, except where PricePatrol independently determines purposes for account security, billing, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

2. Subject matter and duration

Processing covers the configuration, collection, storage, analysis, alerting, export, and support activities required to provide PricePatrol during the term of the customer relationship and any agreed retention period.

3. Types of data

  • User account identifiers and contact details.
  • Workspace inputs such as URLs, job settings, product identifiers, and operational notes.
  • Service telemetry, alerting, and support records needed to run the service securely and reliably.

4. Subprocessors and safeguards

PricePatrol may engage subprocessors for hosting, billing, authentication, communications, analytics, and scraping infrastructure. We remain responsible for managing those subprocessors with appropriate contractual and security controls.

5. Customer instructions and assistance

We process customer workspace data in accordance with documented customer instructions through the product, support requests, and commercial agreements. We will provide reasonable assistance with access, deletion, and incident-related requests where required by law.

6. Security and incidents

We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service, including access control, environment separation, authentication, and operational monitoring. If we confirm a security incident affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay.
